Free Service: The service is provided free of charge for generating static QR codes and is intended for personal and commercial use.
Static Codes: All QR codes generated are static and directly embed the data you input. QR Laju does not host the data or allow for dynamic content changes.
No Data Retention: We do not store the data you enter, nor do we store the generated QR code images (see Privacy Policy). You are responsible for saving and backing up your generated QR code images.

2. Prohibited Uses and User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to generate QR codes that link to or contain content that is:

Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
Pornographic, vulgar, or obscene.
Infringing upon any third party's intellectual property rights.

QR Laju reserves the right to terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these rules.

3. Disclaimer and Governing Law

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. QR Laju makes no warranties regarding the reliability or accuracy of the generated codes.

Limitation of Liability: QR Laju (operated in Malaysia) will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service or the generated QR codes.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
